The familiar sounds of a new school term have once again filled the VFM School.
After the quiet of the holiday, the school came alive with cheerful greetings, footsteps along the corridors, classroom doors opening and the excitement of learners reuniting with their friends and teachers. Classrooms were prepared, books were opened and the energy of learning returned.
But beyond the excitement of reopening lies something more important: purpose.
Term Three is not simply another term on the school calendar. It is another opportunity for every learner to build on what has already been achieved, strengthen areas that need improvement and work towards greater academic and personal growth.
The first two terms laid an important foundation through classroom learning, challenging Mathematics problems, scientific inquiry, practical activities and co-curricular engagement. Now, learners return ready to build on that foundation and turn their efforts into meaningful results.
Preparing for a Successful Term
While learners were enjoying their holiday, preparation for Term Three continued behind the scenes.
Teachers and staff worked to ensure that the new term begin with clear academic and operational priorities. Lesson planning, curriculum preparation, coordination of school activities and other preparations were undertaken to create an organised and supportive learning environment.
At VFM School, however, preparation goes beyond schemes of work and timetables.
Our teachers understand that every learner is different. Each child comes with unique abilities, aspirations and areas that require support. Our educators therefore remain committed not only to teaching but also to mentoring, encouraging and guiding learners throughout their academic journey.

Learners Return with Purpose
The enthusiasm demonstrated by learners on opening day was encouraging.
Learners settled into their classrooms, reconnected with their teachers and classmates and quickly resumed the routines of school life. The message was clear: learning has resumed, and the work continues.
